    HELP!
    We are trying to get the DHL plugin setup for international orders. We have the UPS extension setup and appears to be working OK for domestic orders.

    In Woocommerce configuration, when setting up “Rest of the Word” – it allows us to select a shipping method. All the default Woocommerce choices are listed (flat rate, free, etc) along with the UPS that we installed, but NOT DHL! We’ve selected “enabled” for DHL, we have a brand new SiteID and all info entered for it.

    Why does DHL shipping not pop up as a shipping method to add to the cart?

    Thank you for your help!

  • @yukon4,
    Our DHL and UPS plugins are independent plugins which work at the domestic level and international level.

    It’s no need to config the same setting under multiple zones. It will start working once you configured the plugin.

    Hello!

    Thank you for your reply. I should have been more clear: the UPS extension is a WooThemes extension. The DHL plugin only is YOURS.

    Here is the site (still in development). I’ve got DHL in debug mode. As I mentioned, DHL is not listed in the area of the Woocommerce shipping configuration where we assign shipping methods to shipping zones so we are unable to apply DHL shipping method to International locations (outside USA)

    Here is the screen where one chooses a shipping method for a particular shipping zone. This is what I see – – I would LIKE to choose DHL, but it is not listed. What are we missing?
    shipping methods window

    Here is another screenshot. This shows our shipping zones. You can see DHL in the menu. We would like to assign DHL to Canada, and possibly “rest of the world” but cannot.

    Does the DHL plugin NOT support “zones” ??

    Clarification:
    we wish to offer UPS shipping for USA AND Canada, then –

    DHL shipping for “everywhere else” in the world – international orders.

    Hello – can anyone offer some advice? I cannot see what might be wrong. Again, we offer UPS shipping for USA and Canada.

    We want to offer DHL for everywhere else (Europe, Australia, Asia, etc etc)

    Here below is the screen where I am trying to assign DHL Shipping to “outside north america”. When I click to “Add Shipping Method”, it brings up the list in the screenshot I showed you earlier. DHL is not included in the list. Can you please help us with this problem?

    The debug feature offers Request and Response from DHL – – so “something” is happening with DHL. Our problem is that we are unable to assign DHL to a shipping zone. DHL is in debug mode, so you’re able to see that info, if you visit the page. https://trailbossusa.com/DRAFT

    Thanks again.

    Hi yukon4,

    Our DHL plugin does not outright support zones.
    However, the below business case can be easily fulfilled using a code snippet along with our plus version:
    – offer UPS shipping for USA AND Canada, then –
    – DHL shipping for “everywhere else” in the world – international orders.

    I didn’t even know there was a “plus version”?? But you’re saying, even with the “plus version”, custom code must still be added?

    Would you recommend that it might be simpler for us to seek out another method that works inherently with WooCommerce Shipping zones?

    Thank you!

    @yukon4,

    Don’t worry. It is a simple process. in any case, our support team will help you.

    What is the “Plus Version”? How much does it cost? Are you certain the Plus Version will work with WooCommerce Shipping Zones? (seems like any shipping plugin should work with woocommerce’s shipping ZONEs?)

    Thanks again – – please steer me in the direction of the ‘plus version’.

    @yukon4,

    You can get the plus version here-
    https://www.xadapter.com/product/woocommerce-dhl-shipping-plugin-with-print-label/

    Once you got it, please drop a mail [email protected]. Our support team will help you to config the snippet.

    OK – – I will purchase the Plus Version of this plugin for $69, and then that plus additional custom code will enable the DHL plugin to work with WooCommerce’s Shipping Zones?

    The desired end result:
    I will be able to assign DHL as the shipping method for all orders outside the USA and Canada?

    @yukon4,

    Please drop a mail to [email protected]. Our premium support team will guide you to config the plugin with your requirement.

    I purchased and installed and slightly configured the Plus Version of the plugin. I also dropped an email to support@xadapter last night . . . . eagerly awaiting their reply!

    Thank you!
