    Hey there!

When generating the DHL label (Germany) for download, there is no PDF, only a html saying “Warning: Cannot modify header information”.
It used to work last week, with a PDF version of the label with the scannable barcode etc. and was displayed and printed how it was supposed to. Now it’s only the html document.
We did not change any of our settings.

Did any of you have similar problems?

    Thanks
    Lena

    Hi Shadi,

I am also having this issue. When I print label in Woocommerce a file is download with the following name “post.html”.

I tried using a different browser, however the html has been downloaded.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

What version of the plugin are you on? Does this happen on all orders or some, (e.g. domestic or international)?

    Hi Shadi,

Thank you for getting back to me. I am using DHL for WooCommerce Version 1.6.0. I am only using international at the moment. Do you need more information?

    (@shadim)

Yes, this has been released can you test it?

A fix has been released to fix this issue in v1.6.1.

However, if you are using international shipments you may find that the customs documents are not being added to the label, can you confirm?

    Hey Shadi,

thanks for getting back to this topic.
Our issue has been fixed with an update a few months ago.
But since we are a german based agency, we switched to the DHL integration of WooCommerce Germanized and are not using the additional DHL Plugin anymore.

    Cheers

@lenawi thank you for the update.

@buildinghome let me know if v1.6.1 fixes your issue.

    Hi Shadi,

Thank you once again for getting back to me.

Now, once I generate the label, the label is in PDF. However, the custom documents is not showing. But the custom documents can be found within the DHL portal. Can this be fixed?

A few things to take note:

    1. Can you also please have the option to fill in the dimensions of international packages L x B x H in Woocommerce? Interestingly Woocommerce Germanized has this option.

    2. Can you please have the option to fill in the Billing No. (Invoice no.)?

    3. Lastly, for invoices with order that has 1000Euro and above of value, a MRN (Movement Reference Number) is required by German law. Currently, when I have such invoices with the value, it does not prompt me to have the MRN number. It also does not allow me to fill in the MRN which is suppose to show on the label.

    Thank you in advance.

@buildinghome the customs documents should now be appended to the shipping label correctly, in v1.6.2. Please test and let us know.

    Hi Shadi,

I have checked on V1.6.2. The label with the export documents is now showing. Thank you!

Will you be considering the other few point in the next version?

    1. The option to fill in the dimensions of international packages L x B x H

    2. The option to fill in the Invoice/Billing No.

    3. Option to fill in the MRN on the label.

    Thank you!

    Great to hear it.

    Regarding your points:

    1. What benefit does this give you?
    2. The order id is currently added to the label as a reference id, are you saying you want to swap that for Invoice/Billing No. or did I not understand the requirement?
    3. Is this an option on the DHL portal? Can you send screenshots of how this works or should work?

    Hi Shadi,

Sorry for the late reply. Happy New Year btw.

    1. The option to fill in the dimensions of international packages L x B x H

It is part of the form provided by DHL for me to fill in to be charged correctly by DHL. For international shipping when the package/box is bigger than a specific size, it will be considered bulky goods.

    2. The option to fill in the Invoice/Billing No.

Under (Shipment Registration > Associated shipping information > Invoice No.) Having the ability to fill in the Invoice No, allows me to document the invoice together with he dispatch note (CP71), customs declaration (CN23) so that when the government comes to check the accounting, they will be able to see clearly that the invoice, the customs declaration and complete tracking; the items have been send out of EU.

    3. Option to fill in the MRN on the label.

Sorry, I think I have made a mistake on this one.

Let me know if I am not clear. Thank you for your support.
