    Greetings,

Recently I’ve been working with DHL to integrate the shipping service into my WooCommerce website, knowing that i Do have an active MyDHL+ account & Credintials were shared with me by DHL to configure them into the WooCommerce, however, i’m not sure what to do with them & i were instructed to contact WooCommerce to guide me through it.

    Hi @rosematsa

Have you tried installing the DHL For WooCommerce plugin yet? That is probably the most straightforward method of adding DHL shipping to your site.

    Hi @senff ,

Thanks for the feedback, I don’t think this is working in my country Saudi Arabia.
    Anyhow the following may help:

The access I’ve been provided is for DHL XML Service with the following credentials to get started.
    ——-
    XML Services Toolkit URL: https://xmlportal.dhl.com/login
    XML Services Test Harness: https://xmlpi-validation.dhl.com/serviceval/jsps/main/Main_menu.jsp
XML Services Test server for customer certification: https://xmlpitest-ea.dhl.com/XMLShippingServlet

    Test Site ID: ********
    Test Password: ********
    Account Number: ********
    ——-

I’m not sure where exactly I shall start or do with those credentials

Hi @rosematsa. I’m not familiar with these credentials either. Since they are from DHL, it would be best to ask them how you might incorporate their services into your store. It looks like their plugin doesn’t work with Saudi Arabia but they may be able to make another suggestion for you. Good luck!

    Hi!

I have a question with regards to DHL integration / Woocommerce Germanized that I use:

What do I need to set in my setting and what process to follow to create labels that appear in my DHL account as drafts (Vollst?ndige Sendungen)? Currently, when exporting labels to DHL via Woocommerce they are created as finished, printed labels in DHL (Gedruckte Sendungen), however, I want to manually create and print them in DHL (because there are always some address errors to correct).

    Thanks Timo
