DHL for Woocommerce + Stripe (Apple Pay)

  • Hi there,
    we are having difficulties getting the DHL for Woocommerce Plugin to work with Apple Pay (handled by Stripe).
    When we try to pay with Apple Pay (button on cart and product pages) we get the error message “Versand Adresstyp ist ein Pflichtfeld.”.
    How can we set the “Versand Adresstyp” for Apple Pay payments?

    DHL for WooCommerce version 1.3.10
    WooCommerce version 3.5.4
    WooCommerce Stripe-Gateway version 4.1.14

    Does this happen when clicking “Ship to a different address?” checkbox? Are you saying this is only happening with Apple Pay and no other payment option?

    Yes it only happen when checking out with Apple Pay.
    You don’t get to the shipping address screen, the checkout happens on the cart page.

    The checkout with Apple Pay is possible when the DHL features (Packstation, Postfiliale) are turned off, but then we are unable to process orders with Packstation-addresses.
