    Hi Zorem,

We have been using your plugin from the early days! Great job.

We started to use DHL in Australia and the api name being passed into Woocommerce is CarrierId: “DHLAustralia” but it doesn’t match the DHL Global option as one of your shipping providers. There is no DHL Australia shipping carrier option to choose.

The tracking is being added to the order but no tracking button as the API name doesn’t match. Could you please advise the API name for the DHL Global shipping option please?

    Cheers

    Mark

    Hi @globalimageproducts,

To setup the API Name mapping you will need to upgrade to AST PRO.

Check this documentation for how to map the Shipping provider name from AST PRO.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response!

We are designing a custom API to send the carrier_ID over to woocommerce. Currently, we manually choose DHL Global as the carrier for tracking link within the order. I’m just asking is it possible to provide your carrier ID for DHL Global or add a shipping provider for DHL Australia.

    Cheers

    Hi @globalimageproducts,

You can use the Shipping provider name as the “DHL Global Mail” in your custom API.

    Thanks
