Our website is running both the Sequential order numbers plugin and the DHL api. DHL is pulling the order number before the plugin changes the order number (see images below) (customer ref is the order number). Is there a way to sort this (prioritise the New order number before the API pulls it?) Please note i have blurred the last names but you can see which order refers to which person still)

    Hi izzor33,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems the DHL plugin you are using would be referring?post_id?instead of our sequential number. We suggest you to contact the vendor plugin and request them to use?$order->get_order_number()?instead of referencing?$order->id?or?$order->get_id()?when fetching order data.
