DG vs “WP Default editor for all users” option ?

    Hi Jeff,

    What is the difference between DG
    and WP options in menu Settings/Writting: “Default editor for all users” set to classic + “Allow users to switch editors” set to no ?

    Or simply, was DG developped when these options were not available in WP yet ?

    Hi Fabrice,

    That setting is not part of WP core. It is added by a plugin (not DG).

    For example, if you disable all plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes, the setting you describe will not exist.

    Thanks Jeff for your super fast and clear response.
    But I want your DG, and only it !!!
    Maybe my template is adding that … I will look into that in a staged version
