DFD Theme Problem

    Just installed this and have discovered that my theme doesn’t seem to be compatible. I’ve created layers, views, and content, but the only thing that appears on the right hand side by “Details” (on Layers) is the layer’s icon, nothing else, it’s just white. On Content it’s the same way, I can see “Choice informations”, delete, duplicate, and then below, Pictures. I can add a front picture and a thumbnail but nothing else. When I change the theme to 2022, I can see all of the options again. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi there,

    Difficult to say without having access to the theme, but I suppose it could be a CSS issue. I suppose it’s a premium theme?

    Have you tried getting hold of the theme’s support, as the issue seems to be caused by something on their side?

    Yes, it’s a premium theme, purchased by the original developer who has since handed website off to me. I’ve sent the DFD Theme team a message, hopefully they can help..

    For anyone else having this issue, the file admin-panel.css in the DFD theme contains the following CSS, which hides the settings:

    .media-sidebar .setting{display:none}

    This will likely cause issues in other places not specific to the configurator, such as the media library. But the theme’s support team isn’t available at the time of writing this, so one can fix this directly in the theme until they are back in business: just remove that code from the file.
