Hi, I imported my ampforwp ads to WP Quads, with all the settings and device size targeting.

But it seems that QP Quads is not following the conditions.

    For example:
    1) I have a manual ad code and in adsforwp I was using the shortcode, with “Device Tye: Mobile”. But in wp quads, the ad is still displayed on desktop. I cleared the cache and everything, but still, it is displaying.

I also tried to create a completely new ad, and added the wp quads shortcode, with ad targeting conditions set to mobile, but still, it is displaying on the desktop version too.

    Here are some screenshots,

One of the ads imported from adsforwp [AdsForWp Shortcode – 5306] – https://prnt.sc/vn1km9

I am using the shortcode [adsforwp shotcode] and set the condition to mobile – https://prnt.sc/vn1lz2

The shortcode is added below the 1st paragraph [5306] – https://prnt.sc/vn1mpt

But see, it is still displaying on desktop – https://prnt.sc/vn1nin

Now to confirm whether it’s an issue of the adsforwp data that I imported or the plugin, I created a new ad on Quads,

Created a new ad, and added the ad code – https://prnt.sc/vn1otl

Then selected shortcode and selected “Device Type: Mobile” – https://prnt.sc/vn1q0s

Added the code in my blog post below the 1st para – https://prnt.sc/vn1r69

But still, the ad is displayed on desktop – https://prnt.sc/vn1rsw

I tried something new and added in excluded section “Device Type: Desktop” – https://prnt.sc/vn1so9

But still, the result was the same – https://prnt.sc/vn1tce

    Please help me out here.

    Thank You.

    Hi @wpquadssupport,

I updated your plugin, and it is working like a charm. But there is one issue, after updating my dashboard is very slow and on top of that, I am getting this error after when I created a new ad and tried to click on “post” on my dashboard.

Do you have someone else facing a similar issue?

Hi, I am facing an issue, trying to import the ad data from the “Ads for Wp” plugin, the ads won’t show up.

I even had toggled on the “Change adsforwp Shortcode to quads” and “Change adsforwp Gutenberg to quads”, but still the ads are not showing, when I deactivate QUADS and have my old plugin ON, ads are showing. But not with QUADS ON.

QUADs works if I create a new ad (not the one imported). But doesn’t when I import the ads.

    Can you help me here?

    I
