device detection not working

    HI

    for one ad unit i have set it to only show on mobile (or tablet) under device conditions.

    But when i load the ad on windows pc desktop i can still see the ad

    is this a bug?

    Hi rizbit,

    thanks for reaching out.

    This depends on the configuration of your website. This setting does not work properly on cached websites if you don’t use the cache-busting feature in Advanced Ads Pro.

    Another reason can be a wrongly used connector between multiple conditions.

    Is it possible to have a look at the website where is ad is placed to examen this a bit more?
