Device categories not working?

    Hi,

    Using MonsterInsights for a couple of moths now. But all GA4 traffic is assigned to Desktop? Nothing is assigned to other device categories like mobile.

    Because I’m running an Google ads campaign I know there should be traffic from mobile devices.

    Anyone who has the same problem (and knows how to fix this)?
