Development dead?

This plugin was last updated 2 years ago and has multiple issues:

• No translation possible
• Supports only gallery images, not single images linked to the media file
• Content of the posts will get updated to add additional attributes to the links of images

Since I am a plugin author as well, I did a major overhaul for myself with the following changes:

• Can be translated to multiple languages (e.g. using Loco Translate)
• No need to change any code in posts/pages
• Display all linked images on a page in one lightbox gallery, regardless if the image is part of a gallery or just a single linked image

(Note: the “share” link in lightbox is intentionally hidden, but it could be enabled of course – maybe I add some configuration for this in the backend)

Is the author of “PhotoSwipe” interested in the implementation? Otherwise I would create my own plugin.
