Developing Property Related Portal

I have a couple of queries with regards to developing property related portal.

(a) Some reference property portals: https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/, https://www.realtor.com/?source=web, https://www.zoopla.co.uk/ and https://www.indiaproperty.com/. Is wordpress able to be a database management system where properties up for sale or rent can be uploaded by users and property consultants/agents?

When it comes to uploading of information on a particular property, for example on sale, the user can upload pictures and put in descriptions of the property. And property consultants/ agents are able to have their individual login usernames and passwords whenever they want to answer a query via “Ask the experts” and to also advertise any properties they have on hand.

Are there any plugins or widgets able to provide such functions?

(b) As the owner of the property portal would like to have several advertising spaces to increase their revenue, is this possible with wordpress templates?

(c) Does anyone have such experience developing such sites?
