Developers helpful

I did not understand when I purchased this (premium version) plugin that the additional fees created did not automatically get added to the cart total – the user has to select a checkbox on the checkout page to add the fee. However, the developers worked with me and for a reasonable extra cost made it so the fee did get added automatically (it was a cleaning fee for a vacation rental). It is now working like I wanted. I think the plugin description could be a little clearer but it all worked out!
