Developer to Edit Time.ly Functionality Wanted

We are seeking a developer who is a Time.ly expert. He/she has been using Time.ly for quite some time and implemented many changes to enhance and extend this calendar.
We want to extend the functionality of Timne.ly and change the appearance of some elements.
However, we do not want to affect the core program.
