• Appreantlyt he developer does’t keep his own website up tpo date. deleted link has a redirect saying that the website is SUSPENDED (maybe he didn’t pay his hosting bill?)

Not sure if I want to install a plugin that has no reliable support page.

    Hi Quikned,

Thanks for your review and rating.

Please be noted that you don’t need the developer’s personal website up and running, in order to use this COMPLETELY FREE version of the plugin. Paying my hosting bill is not related to this plugin’s functionality.

We DO HAVE a dedicated support forum officially in www.remarpro.com also.

Please open a support ticket here at WordPress forums, if you have any concern. Or even you can contact me (developer) directly. As you can see, the support forum for this plugin at www.remarpro.com is reliable and all the reported issues have been resolved till today.

Yes, but the plugin informational page in the WordPress repository says things like…

Visit Disqus Conditional Load Official Website (Free Version) (links to https://store.joelsays.com/)

    and

Upgrade to DCL Pro (links to https://store.joelsays.com/)

    and

Check Pro version (links to https://store.joelsays.com/)

    and

Please contact Joel James (developer) using this form (links to https://www.joelsays.com/contact-me/)

    None of the links work.

I suggest editting and removing all of thsoe links. It looks bad and doesn’t give me much faith inthe plugin.

All of those links are working.!! It was a temporary server issue. I don’t know why you have started reviewing this plugin for the developers website issue, when you can see everything from official WordPress SUPPORT AREA is resolved and and upto date.

Anyway thanks for the review quikned. Feel free to contact me for any help regarding this plugin.

Thank you for fixing those links. They are working now and the “WEBSITE SUSPENDED” redirect is gone.

I was interested in purchasing the PRO version.

That is why I was concerned about those links not working. You cannot find out more information about the PRO version from the WordPress Support Area. You also cannot buy it from the WordPress Support area.

I will submit / edit or redact my review after I use the plugin.

    Thanks Quikned.!

Dont forget to chnge your rating? is rude to leave a rating low when the developer already helped you fix the issue.
