Developer refuses to acknowledge issues

Plugin works fine for majority of users on shared hosting or specialized WP hosting environments. But if you use a security hardened setup using symbolic links on a VPS, file attachments will not work. There have been numerous reports which the developer refuses to acknowledge are an issue. See: github.com/takayukister/contact-form-7/issues/475 As such, if you require sending attachments and use symlinks for uploads, you are better of writing the contact form yourself. After auditing the codebase I just don’t think the quality of this plugin is very good.
