Developer Needed For MU plugins

I need a developer to create some plugins for us.

The plugins include:

Visitor Registration for each blog with additional fields including address. The visitors would be separate from mu registrations since each mu user won’t be sharing visitor registrations.

MU User registration codes. In order to register for a new blog the user will need to enter a code. The codes would be uploaded to a db as a csv file.

User location. Each registered user would need a additional info that includes state and city. This would need to be searchable on the main MU page.
