I have checked your chat transcripts with our chat operator and can see that initially you had a feature request which was implemented in one hour and you give us compliments for that.
Later you had contacting with another support request and asked to help you to fix the language selector display, which was not rendered correctly inside your template. The agent asked you if you will be able to write a review for us if you get a solution, you lied that you have done that already, then you started to ignore the request to show the review and did not provide an answer and showed ignorance and carelessness. In the end you have found that time to write this review to hurt us as much as it is possible.
I must admit that I did not expect this type of behavior by anyone who is using FREE software and getting FREE support.
Now you mention spending money to buy something which you could get for FREE.
