[DEV] “Custom login URL” and all login_enqueue_scripts actions not executed

This is a follow-up of a previous message, this new one is developer-oriented:

I am the developer of Unikname Connect plugin, which adds new login options to the WP login.php

Our clients have noticed us our plugin is incompatible with the “Custom login URL” feature of Cerber.
After investigations, it is because none of our login_enqueue_scripts actions all called in the generated login.php page of Cerber.

Is it an intended behaviour? Most of the other plugin with a such feature work fine with our plugin.

If not, can we collaborate to find a solution?
That could be a workaround in our plugin to handle Cerber plugin or an enhancement in the Cerber plugin we could provide.
