Deutsche Post – Connection Failed

    For some reason I can’t get this plugin working. When I enter all required credentials and hit TEST CONNECTION button, I get the follow error:

    – Connection Failed: Client authentication failed (e.g. unknown client, no client authentication included, or unsupported authentication method). The authorization server MAY return an HTTP 401 (Unauthorized) status code to indicate which HTTP authentication schemes are supported. Make sure to save the settings before testing the connection.

    Would really appreciate your help with this!

    Did you save the settings before clicking the TEST CONNECTION button?

    Hello Shadi,

    Thank you for such prompt response!

    Okay, now I feel really silly… It seems that after saving settings a sandbox mode is working, although if I uncheck “Enable Sandbox Mode” and save settings, connection fails again. Probably I have to contact Deutsche Post now to get a proper APi access :)?
