Determining the plugin directory

Please use plugins_url() to determine the plugin directory’s URL. There is an issue with the current use of WP_PLUGIN_URL: you do not get HTTPS URLs, even if you visit the wordpress site via HTTPS. This makes the browser block the CSS and JavaScript loaded unencrypted from HTTP.
