Determine start date

Hi there.

How can I determine the starting date of a course? I know I can set the duration but I’d like to set the specific day the course begins.

And what about lessons? Is it possible to set a starting day and a finish day. Or alternatively determine a lesson duration?

Also, is it possible to sell courses in a bundle?
