    Hi!

For a second there, I thought the URL you shared was fake. But it isn’t! LOL

I don’t see a reason why OMGF isn’t working. Judging from your page source, OMGF should be perfectly able to detect the fonts.

Are you by any chance using plugins like WP Rocket or Autoptimize or another CSS optimization plugin?

Btw. your page’s layout is seriously broken. I’m getting a lot of JS errors.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, funny old domain, right?

Anyway, yes, I do use Toolkit for Elementor for optimisation (which had a JQuery issue lately).

But this should not stop the detection (when wanting to run manual), though, should it?

Ok, could you try disabling that plugin temporarily to see if detection starts working then?

    Hi!
    And happy new year!
I just installed the plugin and I am having the same issue. Nothing happens when I “save and optimise”.
I am using the autoptimise plugin, but even when switching that off, I don’t get any hits.
    kind regards!

    Thank you and best wishes!

You did flush caches after disabling the plugin?

Wow, quick answer! Thank you! I did use the empty cache directory option in OMGF.

No, I meant caches of full page caching plugins you were using, e.g. WP Rocket, W3TC, WP Fastest Cache, etc. ??

    Hi @drksecret,

I noticed you’ve seemed to make some headway. At least the OMGF download endpoint is being called now.

To clarify, this means that OMGF is detecting the fonts. The only thing that seems to go wrong now, is that the Download endpoint can’t be found (it returns a 404).

Are you using any security related plugins by any chance that might be blocking calls in te frontend to internal (as in, located on your server) API’s?

If not, try to contact your hosting provider to see if they can help you resolve this issue. Ask them if they can find out why /wp-json/omgf/v1/download/css is returning a 404-error.

Let me know if I can help with anything else!

    Hi Daan,

I still have not been able to see any detected google fonts. I have flushed all caches. Maybe I have some wrong setting?
    Kind regards,
    Mira

    Hi @mirash,

I’m sorry I missed your question. Next time, open a separate ticket. That way I’ll receive a notification by email.

Could you share your settings? And perhaps also your URL? That way I can have a look what might be going wrong.
