Detect not only Imagemagick PHP module but also binaries

Many shared hostings do not provide PHP module for ImageMagick but binaries.
A2 Hosting is the case (https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/linux/using-imagemagick)It would be great if the plugin could detect it and keep working.
