Details of guest is empty

    Hi,

    This is a simple question. I’ve set a quiz for all users, also not logged in.
    For those not logged in, the quiz asked for an email in order to send them their answers, but when I receive the email saying somebody did the quiz, I don’t see the email. “Details of guest” is just empty. This doesn’t happen when the person who took the quiz is logged it; then I see the user.

    Is there an explanation for that?

    The email is not sent, “Details of guest” means simply that you see the details how they answered. The email is not included.

    Hi,

    I still don’t get any information.
    I’m testing it right now. I write the email but the “Details of Guest” are empty.

    You will get “Details of someone[at]dot.com”. Not sure what other details you expect to receive. Instead of “Guest” you will get their email if the email was provided. I tested it and worked fine.

    Sorry, I can’t imagine how this is possible. I clearly see how the code checks and uses “Guest” only if email is not available. And tested it multiple times.

    If you can’t get it work simply use the variable inside the email contents:

    %%EMAIL%%
    The user email address if we know it – use it only if you require / expect logged in users OR you have selected the option to email user their results (so email address will be requested).

    Not working. I’ve tried it several times and somebody (maybe you) tried it 5/6 hours ago. Still getting GUEST instead of the email.

    Regarding the last email, I don’t get what you mean.

    Ok. I understood what you mean.
    I added %%EMAIL%% in the final screen detail and now, even though I’m still getting GUEST instead of the email, I also get the email in the info, which was my goal.

    I think the problem is not solved, but it is solved for me.

    Yesterday I got an email an instead of GUEST I got the email. So you fixed it.
