• My templates, which all use {details} or {details_link}, are suddenly outputting the offsite event link rather than the created details page. I’m on the most recent version, nothing has changed on my end, and I’ve confirmed that all my templates use the right variables.

This makes my calendar essentially impossible to navigate. Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do you have a valid page configured for your calendar page in the My Calendar settings?

Are you configured to fetch data from a remote server?

Are permalinks enabled for your My Calendar events?

I did make a change in the last major release so that the details_link would return the event link in the scenario that there was no other viable link available, which would happen in a couple of scenarios.

Permalinks are not on, nothing is being fetched from a remote server.

The calendar page thing appears to be interesting. It definitely *was* set (since we’ve been using this for years and haven’t made any changes) but now it appears not to be… and when I try to set it on the Settings page, it says “My Calendar Management settings saved” and refreshes the screen, but when it does, the field is still empty and I still see “Set Calendar URL” in the admin bar.

Any ideas or do I need to start looking for plugin conflicts?

There have been some changes to the URI setting, which is now using a post ID as the primary source of data. How does the field for main calendar page look for you? What kind of data is it looking for? (It will vary depending on what type of data you currently have saved.)

Yes; that’s the field. That field should act as a search field where you can select a post to be your primary calendar page. It does look like you don’t have a URL currently selected – I’m not sure how that would have happened; the settings change didn’t remove old settings, just changed how new settings are entered.

Every time I put something in there and save it, I get the message that you see at the top about settings being saved, but as you see, the field empties out.

It’s been the same page for years, and I never changed anything… so updating at some point just cleared it, and now I can’t enter anything. :/

Looks like it’s not just that field, either. If I go over to Output and try to click “Open calendar links to event page” and save it, I see the same thing: confirmation message + emptied field.

What do you mean, exactly, when you say “put something in there and save it”? Technically, you don’t directly add content to that field. You’d type in a search query and select a result from it. What are you actually seeing if you type into that field?

It seems to me like you’ve got some kind of JS problem on the page, but I don’t have enough information to know for sure.
