Detailed Documentation?

Im using mailchimp and cannot figure out how to set the “form configurations”. Like where it says “Set the action url of the form.” is that the “page” I have set up to accept newsletter subscriptions? or is it a mailchimp url? How do I know if I need Post or Get? I have googled these questions and I can not find any “details” or “tutorials” to help me set it up. The (documentation)instructions in the documentation link, assume everyone setting this up will know what all of these fields are, simply repeating the words shown on the plugin page itself. Any help would be greatly;y appreciated
