    Hi there @fod85 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    That’s odd! Looking through the HTML/CSS of your Manage Subscription page, it looks like the shortcode was added through Elementor editor, right? I believe those issues are some kind of conflict with Elementor.

    Would you please test placing the [manage_subscription] shortcode in the default WordPress editor and disable Elementor temporarily and check if you are able to reproduce the issues you described?

    Please, let us know how that goes!

    Hello @guicmazeredo
    Thanks for your help.
    I have deactivated Elementor (including all other Elementor plugins), but this double checkbox remained. The overlapping of the checkboxes does not appear today, but now the input fields overlap….

    I made a new fresh page, just with a shortcode box for [mailpoet_manage_subscription], this is what it looks like:

    Hi there @fod85,

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    Can you please check if you have two custom fields for the privacy checkbox in MailPoet? That would explain why two of them appear. If yes, please remove one of them: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/313-how-to-remove-created-custom-fields-from-mailpoet-3

    Hi @treibalen

    the problem with the doubled checkbox for privacy occures with the [mailpoet_manage_subscription] shortcode. It is not in a field that I designed and as far as I know I can’t customize the mailpoet-subscription-shortcode?

    Hi @fod85,

    All the fields displayed on the MailPoet Manage Subscription page come from the MailPoet form. This means that if you have any form containing a custom field for a privacy checkbox, it will be displayed on this page.

    To remove this custom field from the page, please check this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/313-how-to-remove-created-custom-fields-from-mailpoet-3

    as far as I know I can’t customize the mailpoet-subscription-shortcode?

    You can actually customize this page using CSS and hide some of the fields. For reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/222-customize-your-manage-subscription-page

    Hello I have the feeling that we do not understand each other properly.
    The problem with the double checkbox occurs on the “Manage my Subscription” page. This page was created automatically by MailPoet. I can’t edit it (except maybe with CSS, which I haven’t done). I just created a separate Elementor-page for the Manage Subscription Page and put the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] in the field + a headline and a picture – that was it. It looks like this: https://your-local-hero.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Bildschirmfoto-2023-03-29-um-12.16.47.png

    This double checkbox issue appears on all pages automatically created by Mailpoet: https://your-local-hero.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Bildschirmfoto-2023-03-29-um-12.16.17-1.png

    You write: All the fields displayed on the MailPoet Manage Subscription page come from the MailPoet form.?
    What do you mean by THE form? I have several forms for newsletter registration. But I have not created a form for the manage subscription page.

    By the way, the word that appears on the 2nd checkbox is wrong! That is not German. It says “Datenschtu”, which is not a German word. It must be called: DatenschUTZ, I looked at Loco Translate to see if I made this mistake, but didn’t find anything there. So, no clue what happened there.

    Please help me to get rid of the second checkbox. And please keep in mind that the error does not occur in any of my created forms, only in the one automatically created by Mailpoet. All my own forms are correct with only one checkbox.

    All MailPoet custom fields are displayed on the Manage Subscription page by default. Even if you don’t see all of them in your actual forms, they can still exist in MailPoet.

    To check that, please:
    – go to MailPoet > Forms > Add New;
    – browse for fields by clicking on the “+” icon and go to the?Custom Fields?section;
    – do you see several custom fields for your privacy checkbox?

    If yes, select it and then click on the?Delete this custom field?link in the?Custom field settings:

    After it’s deleted, you can remove the form you just created.
