• The concept of “optimizing” CSS with javascript and other functions of a browser can not be applied globally. Nice theory, but again, the concept does not work in a global method. This plugin destroyed the presentation in Safari, while still working in other browsers. It also destroyed the ability to adjust some of the back end plugins. Recommend to avoid, but at the very least test on all browsers and devices for your theme and plugin combinations.

It works for a lot of people @dkurth (active on more then 200.000 sites), so it can be applied globally. It might require some tweaking though (cfr. FAQ) if things break due to the context (the combination of CSS & JS injected by theme & plugins) , but I’m pretty confident it could even work on your site.

Regarding detroying the ability to adjust some of the back end plugins; that should not happen (and have not seen it happen, but I don’t test all plugins) as AO isn’t optimizing the backend at all. but if you let me know what back end plugins broke, I’ll be happy to have a look!

    happy holidays!
