“Destination State” error
-
Hello
I often encounter problems when generating shipping labels due to the plugin not picking up the right “state code” from the woocommerce order, or there is some kind of inconsistency somewhere in the process of the data exchange.
In this particular example, I receive the error message:
"Internetmarke – Shipment creation failed. Label: Warenpost International XS (EU/USt.) (Harmonized label). Error: items[0].state: Destination state can have between 2 and 20 characters.."
It’s an order from Spain. The customer has selected the right state, the order details show “Cantabria” but the plugin shows just “S”, which then results in the Portokasse rejecting the purchase because it doesn’t comply with the minimum lenght of two characters.
Is there an easy fix to this? It’s very annoying because I have to generate such labels manually which is very time consuming.
Maybe it would be good to have the option of reviewing the data before purchasing the label and be able to amend any of the fields if necessary. Or once the purchase of a label fails, be able to see the specific errors and correct them on the go.
Thanks in advance
