Destination in response doesn't match the current URL.

I am using the plugin with an Okta Template. When I log in or out of the site I receive a Unhandled exception error stating the following:

This is not correct. The correct path is everything in the url path minus “/thepoint”. Where is this url located and how can I edit it in order to remove the unwanted extra path?
