destination folder already exists, plugin faile

  • HI I am new at this, I have read other forums for the answer I have two questions regarding this

    1. How do i delete this ………
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/hegleman/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bonuses/

    Plugin install failed.

    I read something about FTP software, I don’t have it/ do I need to download it.

    2. originally my message the first time i tried installing the plugin is

    plugin installed invalid header? what does this mean.

    Im lost any help would be awesome
