Destination folder already exists

  • I am wanting to install OptimizePress, however when I add zip file from desktop this error message appears. I do not see OptimizePress in the current plugins. Thank you for your help.

  • Use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to delete the OptimizePress directory, then you can try re-installing it. I’m pretty sure it’s still there, because I can make it throw an error by accessing the plugins index.php file directly from my browser while on your site. If that doesn’t work, you may want to try the support page for the plugin.
