Destination folder already exists.

  • I had an aborted install of Jetpack and I get this message when I try to reinstall it.

    Destination folder already exists. /homepages/21/d178311018/htdocs/golf_life/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    I’ve looked and the only answer I can find is to delete it using the FTP. I do not have FTP access, is there another way to delete the Jetpack folders?
