Despite update, submissions still not included with email

Even with the new update, submissions still don’t come included with the email.

Steps I took:
Deactivated, then deleted current plugin.
Installed update, activated plugin.
Created a very simple form, including upload field. Chose to email admin, not user.
Saved form. Form settings show [formData] is there.
Tested on a private page, filled out form, and attached 1 file (small jpg)(about 300k)
Form submitted.
I received form in my email, but with no submission attached.
