Desperately need help with [bc_member], [bc_user_groups], and sidebar

First I must say, I love this plugin. A big thank you!

3 QUICK QUESTIONS
1. Can someone tell me what piece of info belongs in the ‘member login’ field. This field appears under the list of short codes. After the code is inserted into the page it appears like this…

[bc_member name=”WHAT GOES HERE” fields=”me”]

2. How do I add short codes to the sidebar?

3. The avatar does not show up on the page with the list of [bc_user_groups]. Only the text shows up. I would like to have the avatar appear by each group in the list.

Currently I have the following:
[bc_user_groups amount=”15″ type=”active” dynamic=”1″ avatar=”0″ slug=”mygroups”]
