Desperate need of help.

If you look at the post there.. They show all the links, and such it looks bad.. Is there anyway to make it where when you see that.. Right before the read more isn’t there? Or make it neater? Get what i mean? Also, I upload alot of links.. Is there anyway to make it where once you click on that link it changes colors? If you could please help me, or offer any advice on my blog.. I would appreciate it, Im not at this… Very new. Thank Adam.
