Desktop Version switches randomly to broken mobile version

Hi I’ve noticed a problem with my website when w3 total cache is enabled the website randomly switches to a broken mobile version when viewed from desktop browser.

Does anyone have any clue what causes this problem and how to fix it?

CSS & JS minifications are disabled.
