"Desktop Tablet" or "not Phone" option

Hi,

Thanks for the plugin, it’s simply great.

I love the Devices ComboBox, but I miss a “Desktop+Tablet” option. The reason is that I need to show some ads when my theme’s sidebar is present on the right (Desktop and Tablet modes), but not in Phones as the sidebar moves to the bottom of the page.

Maybe changing the ComboBox by multiple Checkboxes would be a better idea, so I can define the optimal combination that is better for me at any time.

Please, consider my suggestion.
