    Hi! Hope you’re having a great day!

    I have created two separate pop ups – one for mobile and tablet devices and one for desktop. This has worked fine for a long time until just recently. I think my client may have updated the plugin since I used it last and set it all up.

    What’s happening is that the pop up that is set to only appear on desktop devices is also showing up on mobile and tablet devices, whereas the popup that is set to only appear on mobile and tablet devices is not showing up anywhere at all.

    I went in and set up new rules in the conditions section and deleted the old rules. I then updated each of the pop ups and viewed the page in incognito windows on all devices.

    Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem?
