As I work with a not so big screen, sometimes I need to zoom out of the browser to better see the project I’m working on. The problem is that when I do this, the desktop Elementor breakpoint is not infrequently inheriting the settings from the laptop breakpoint. Even if I go back to normal zoom the break point characteristics of laptop continue.

I already did everything, clean the cache, the database, I went to the Elementor tools and changed the way the css loads, nothing solved.

I would be very grateful if someone helps me.

Ps: This doesn’t happen with the whole page, but with some elements, usually the ones I was editing when the zoom out was activated.

Hey. I made a video explaining it better, sorry for the weak sound. In this example I can’t change the size of the icon widget because the size is linked to the laptop.

    elementor widgets don’t resize – moika4 (wistia.com)

I put the page link in the video description

I’ve also seen other examples of the desktop also inheriting the background from the laptop’s container.

I’ve tested it on another domain and hosting and the same thing happens.

I was building a website and the same problem happened, but this time zoom was not enabled. I really don’t know what it could be.

Thank you very much for answering me. I thought you weren’t going to answer me anymore. Thanks!

But, are you a robot? I said that the url of the page is in the description of the video that i sent.

    I await your reply. Thanks!

Did change default values for the Additional Custom Breakpoints. If yes, this is a known bug, but We are glad to inform you that our developers are currently working to resolve this issue. We can expect a fix to be released in one of the upcoming plugin updates.”

No, i din’t changed the default values for the Additional Custom Breakpoints.

But, as you saing, it only happens when you change the values. Can this happen when you don’t change too?

Can you provide screenshots with the value of additional breakpoints in the site settings.

Please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
