    Hi,

    I like this but I have questions if I may :

    1) After the 7 days free trial, does the free version sill have the desktop alert?

    2) Do we need or compelled to ‘signup’ in order to use the plugin on our own server?

    Hi @rik0399 ,

    I suspect that you may have posted on the wrong forum as our plugin (WP-Live Chat by 3CX) does not have any sort of Trial, it is completely free.
