Desired delivery time of day is not available

  • Hi,

    the desired delivery time of day is not available while the checkout process. I’ve checked the appropriate checkbox in the configuration page of the DHL plugin. The price for this option is defined too.
    In contrast, the desired delivery day is available during the checkout process.

    Btw, if the customer is logged in via the Amazon Pay plugin, the desired delivery day is not available too.

    Any suggestions?

    The time of day is dependent on the shipping post code and does only displays where the service is available. You can test different shipping addresses/postcodes to try and get it to display.

    Regarding Amazon Pay plugin, this could be due to the fact that the shipping address is not available in WooCommerce since it uses the customer’s shipping address in Amazon.

    It would be great for user experience to render the information text and links only if the services are available.

    For example
    Wunschzeit: Lieferung im gewünschten Zeitfenster ?
    Für diesen Service f?llt ein Aufpreis in H?he von 4,80 € inkl. MwSt. an.*
