What about testing it to make sure how it looks (on all the diferent sites, mozilla, explorer etc) before Uploading it to WP?

That’s your job. As is the support you (should) give.

But there are sites that can help you, like browsershots.

Using an FTP program like the OS FTP program Filezilla you need to upload the theme to wp-content/themes (Filezilla tutorial here) and then activate it from the WordPress Dashboard.

Hey I am working on a them I uploaded for my site. I changed some of the options in magazine theme options and want to change them back and now it wont change back.
