designing and inputing a form

Hi,

I am currently building a site and would love help from someone who can design a quick contact form for my homepage..in fact 2.

I am willing to pay. Currently I am using the coded widgets that come with my theme to display forms from Fast Secure Contact Form plugin but it just looks too simple. I can design the form in Photoshop myself but I need someone with HTML and CSS knowledge to insert it into my homepage where I want it.

Please let me know if you can help or somewhere I can get the help I’m after, thanks for taking the time to read this.
