    Just a point of interest that’s a modified copy and not a child theme.

    It is important to remain technically accurate when providing support. ??

    Why isn’t this modified child theme available under GPL? The original theme was.

    What is wrong with GPL?

    Since you are associated with a design shop and this theme is from that shop, then you can only promote it or ask for feedback if it is released under GPL. For the second time, can you clarify whether your theme is released under GPL?
