Designer but new to wordpress

Hello Folks,

I am new to wordpress but am a fast leaner.
I have a one page site with no menu needed and no scrolling.
Just a image background slider thats fullscreen with one button and one line for a title. Very Simple.

When you press the button, a modal will appear on top of the image background slider.
The modal (popup) is just displaying some text with a very small image.

My question is which is the best way to create this using a word press template or is there a template i can purchase and edit to create this? Perhaps you can amke a recommendation. (X template i hear is good)

Another thing i would like to do is have my users be able to edit just one page.
So if i create multiple pages of the same design(different background photo), can i privatize each individual page using wordpress admin features?
