    Hi there!

With WP 5.5 and WC 4.3.2 i can carefully design a post or page for WooCommerce products using the blocks that ship with WC core (i.e. a 2 columns design with product filter blocks in the left coulumn and with “all products” block in the right column). That is great.

What is not so great is … as soon as i click on any product or category i am getting to another page which is rendered via the php template files that ship with WC and that way i just lose the general design of 2 columns that i mocked up…

So question is: can we somehow let those php template files (like archieve-product.php, etc) inherit block editor code/design? That way we could retain the very same design we handycrafted even on pages that are generated based on the php template files. That would help us keep consistent look across any product related pages no matter which way we created them.

    Hi there,

At the moment, there’s no default way to do that without additional custom coding. The only method I’m aware of that adds that consistency is by using a page builder plugin like Elementor Pro that allows for templates to be created/applied for archive and single product pages.
