Design Tab is Missing

Hello there,

first of all, I’m not able to create a ticket to require assistance because when i try to do it the system alert me that I am restricted from that page and won’t let me to send a ticket. I don’t know how to reach your technical support and this is the reason I am requiring assistance right here.

I have GDPR Cookie Consent PRO installed in two different websites. I have a licence key for every site. In the first website everything is working fine, I have installed the plugin, activated the key and customized my cookie banner.

In the second website I have done exactly the same things, everything is working correctly but I am experiencing an issue: Design tab is missing, so I can’t customize the cookie banner.

I am trying to figure out what is causing this issue and I am selectively trying to deactivate all the plugins to exclude conflicts but it doesn’t seem to be related to the other plugins.

I figured out what was causing the issue. It was a plugin that I use to insert custom CSS code to customize the WP backend. There is probably a CSS entry that randomly hides the plugin’s Design tab. Now I have to find which one ?? You can close the topic. Thank You.
